PRICES & PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa electron and JCB card as well as American Express. No fees for card payment. The amount will be not be drawn from your account until the items have been shipped from our warehouse.
Card payment at GoBabyGo is secure as the account information is sent directly to PBS (electronic payment service) in encrypted form (SSL). This way, no one other than PBS has access to your account details. Similarly, only the amount specified will be drawn from your account. 
All prices are in GBP and include VAT, but do not include postage.
We accept no liability for sold-out items or misprints.

 

COMPLAINTS
GoBabyGo provides a two-year warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects which arise in connection with normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Complaints should be submitted to GoBabyGo within two months of detection of the fault. The item should then be returned to GoBabyGo, which will repair, replace or credit the item according to agreement. It is the buyer’s duty to state and, upon request, demonstrate how the fault or defect manifested itself.
Proof of purchase must be submitted in connection with complaints.

GoBabyGo website, mobile and any other means of collecting personal data are controlled by GoBabyGo referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout this Privacy Policy. We are the primary data controller for the purposes of this website and our registered office is

By navigating to a GoBabyGo website or mobile view, by transacting and by registering an account, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

GoBabyGo is the data controller of your personal data and is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

We may process your Personal Data on the basis of:

  • our legitimate interests or those of a third party, such as our interest in marketing our Services;
  • the need to comply with the law; or

Use
